My name is Caroline and I have 550 hours of yoga training completed in India. I have a background in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. To me, yoga is a tool to guide you back into your body through awareness and presence in intentional movement. I believe in the importance of breath to connect your physical practice to deeper meditation that translates off the mat. Yoga is an inner practice and can be exactly what you need it to be. Yoga is not meant to be competitive or intimidating. Yoga is for everyone.

SATURDAY mornings from 10:00a to 11:00a (starts 6/20/26)
This class syncs breath to movement in a continuous fluid sequence with a focus on awareness and mind to body connection. The class is not heated and does not involve music to allow you to build inner heat intentionally and hold space for you to be present in moving meditation.
