Join for a meditative experience where we will cover breathwork, a full body guided relaxation, and a complete chakra balancing sound bath, utilizing various sound healing instruments, especially crystal singing bowls. 

This session will last between 1 to 1.5 hours. We will be lying down for most of the time, so please bring whatever will allow you to feel most comfortable (yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye mask, a bottle of water.)

Please Note: Due to the vibrational frequencies of the sound bath, please consult your doctor prior to registering if you have any of the following:

About Maggie Batt…

Since 2007, I've been drawn to many different healing modalities, including energy work and spiritual practices. 

Through the power of sound medicine, my intention is to awaken every person's innate self-healing abilities. I design sound baths to be a safe place where relaxation, restoration, and healing are possible. 

Aside from being a certified sound bath practitioner, I'm a mother of four children and a copywriter for my day job. I'm always up for deep talks, warm weather, and mochas.

Foundations, Personal Energy, Chakras, Reiki level 1

The goal of this class is to create a greater understanding of personal energy, develop foundations and boundaries, and create a resource from which you can draw on perpetual universal energy.

In this class we will...

• discuss the science behind energy in our bodies, our environment and beyond.
• create a foundation for your relationship with your energy.
• tap into a personal wellspring of universal energy.
• establish and maintain energetic boundaries.
• develop confidence and courage in working with energy.
• receive Reiki level 1 attunements.
• dedicate focus on the 7 main Chakras.

Registration Deadline: Saturday April 25th

Course opens online Sunday April 26th (Canvas private learning platform): students have a week to review the material and prepare questions before our opening zoom meet up.

Opening Zoom meet & greet + q&a on Sunday May 3rd 5:30-7:30pm EST

• Group A meets on Wednesdays at the CHC from 12-2pm EST : May 6, 13, 20, 27
• Group B meets on Fridays at the CHC from 6-8pm EST : May 8, 15, 22, 29

Both groups meet for an in-person (at CHC) and online (over zoom) closing ceremony and full moon activation on May 30th from 12-3pm EST
