Frannie Rosen

Frannie "dabbled" in yoga for several years before discovering the skilled teachers at East Meets West in 2011 and becoming hooked! She earned her 1st 200-hr YTT certification in 2015 through Evolve Yoga and Wellness, an affiliate of The Nosara Yoga Institute.

Frannie became increasingly interested in the "why" behind yoga asana, breathwork, etc. and began taking continuing education workshops with Physical Therapist and Yoga Teacher, Lara Heimann. Seeking a deeper dive into anatomy and physiology as it relates to yoga, she received her 2nd 200-hour YTT certification with Lara Heimann in 2021.

Frannie's yoga practice has brought her strength in both mind and body, awareness, mobility, agility, peace, presence, and more! Her wish for her students, is that they too can experience just how good they can feel!
