Hello! I’m Claire DeNies, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), mindfulness teacher, and the founder of Nourish Holistic Living. I empower heart-centered women to slow down, transform stress, and reconnect with what truly nourishes them. Together, we simplify wellness so life feels more spacious, energized, and aligned. Through personalized virtual coaching, as well as supportive in-person classes and workshops, I guide women in cultivating sustainable habits that create meaningful, lasting change.

 

My Guided Deep Relaxation classes offer a calming, grounded space where you can step out of the pace of daily life and return to a sense of inner ease. Through guided relaxation, mindful breathing, and gentle, soothing song, I invite you to release tension, settle your nervous system, and experience the feeling of being safely held in the present moment. When we allow ourselves to truly rest, healing becomes possible.

 

Drawing inspiration from mindfulness and meditation practices, including the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, my work emphasizes slowing down, self-compassion, and presence as powerful pathways to healing. Whether you arrive feeling stressed, tired, or simply in need of quiet connection, my intention is to meet you exactly where you are and guide you toward a softer, more nourishing relationship with yourself and with life.

Join us for an evening of calm, connection, and deep renewal.

 

In the busyness of daily life, stress and tension can accumulate within us. Deep relaxation is an opportunity for your body to rest, heal, and restore itself.

 

We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle, mindful movement to release tension and prepare the body for rest. Then, you’ll be guided through a soothing deep relaxation meditation infused with live song. Through this practice, you'll be invited to gently release stress, welcome ease into your body, and send gratitude and care to every cell.

 

This class offers a peaceful space to reset your nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner stillness. When we allow ourselves to truly rest, healing becomes possible.

 

๐Ÿง˜‍โ™€๏ธWhat to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, and anything that will help you feel cozy and supported lying down for the guided deep relaxation (such as a blanket or pillow).
