Pathways of Connection and Flow is my practice and my point of focus. I am a mother, a student to my work and enthusiastic about both. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I moved to Buffalo New York in the spring of 2024. In my previous practice back in Oregon I worked closely with colleges that were chiropractors, acupuncturists, as well as physical therapists and mental health therapists. Building that community here in New York as well is a very exciting opportunity.
I use a variety of tools; wooden, stone, cups, heating and cooling, to achieve connection to the body's pathways to relieve pain and gain mobility. Clients are treated clothed on a mat designed for massage with pillows and bolsters used to support the client throughout the treatment. Following the Chinese meridians with acupressure through the application of Namikoshi Shiatsu, as well as supplementing joint mobility and full system circulation from Thai massage techniques, the body’s fascia connectivity to the muscular skeletal system and the internal organs are addressed and treated. During the massage clients can expect to receive a variation of pressure depth from finger, hand, elbow, knee and feet placement. Adjustments are made per treatment, but each individual is different, so I also use a table when it is appropriate or necessary. With 8 years of experience in both chiropractic offices and spa, my practice is clinical but does not neglect the importance of simply slowing down. Breathing and reminding the whole self of what it feels like to restore and reinvigorate.
