10:00a to 12:00p - Perimenopause: The User’s Guide (Feb 7th only)
Register hereUnderstanding Your Body. Stabilizing Your System. Moving Forward with Clarity.
Perimenopause can place the nervous system under constant strain, amplifying reactivity, anxiety, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm. Many women feel like their bodies have turned unfamiliar overnight, and their patience, sleep, and sense of control have disappeared with it. At the same time, this transition opens the door to a powerful new phase of self-leadership and clarity.
Perimenopause: A User’s Guide offers a grounded, research-informed approach to nervous system regulation through somatic education and body-based practices, while also integrating subconscious, energetic, and symbolic tools to help you reconnect with your inner stability and purpose. As you learn to regulate your system, listen to your body, and work with your changing rhythms, you begin aligning with the next evolution of who you are becoming, not just surviving the symptoms, but transforming through them.

She holds a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University and is currently completing her PhD, where her research focuses on emotional suppression, embodied leadership, and women’s healing. With certifications in Psychosynthesis Life Coaching and several evidence-informed energy-based modalities, Bridget blends somatic psychology, nervous-system–attuned principles, and mind–body practices to support clarity, regulation, and resilience.
Her work now extends beyond individual sessions into group workshops, where she guides women through grounded, accessible practices that strengthen internal steadiness and support conscious, values-driven self-leadership.
Jason Shivers, CHt, is a certified hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and spiritual guide who supports deep healing through subconscious alignment, energy awareness, and perspective-based transformation. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic practice, Jason helps individuals explore how the body, mind, and spirit store experience—and how even life’s most difficult moments can become gateways to compassion, clarity, and growth. His work blends hypnosis, subtle energy practices, and symbolic frameworks such as the chakra system to help people reconnect with their inner stability, purpose, and self-trust. With a grounded, non-dogmatic approach, Jason emphasizes that healing is not about fixing what’s “broken,” but about redirecting attention, love, and awareness to where they are needed most.
