10 Class Pass

The ten class pass is good for any drop in class that we offer. Please inform your instructor that you have a pass. The pass does not currently have an expiration date.


MONDAY 

  • 9:30a to 10:30a - Strength, Range, & Balance with Elyssa

    As we age it becomes increasingly important to maintain movement and strength in many different ways. This practice involves resistance work with body weight, free weights and resistance bands for building and maintaining muscle mass, functional neurological work to keep our nervous system sharp and moving through a comfortable and full range of motion to keep us fluid.

  • 6:15p to 7:30p - Adaptive Alignment Yoga IN-PERSON with LizziDee

    Adaptive Alignment Yoga is based on the use of precise alignment, props, and subtle actions  developed by the late, great BKS Iyengar This practice is appropriate for students with previous injuries, arthritis, or other limitations who are looking to improve overall health.  The Iyengar-based approach provides safe exercise while reducing pain, promoting healing, and preventing reinjury. Students will benefit from better postural alignment, a better understanding of the work of the poses, and better integration between body systems (musculoskeletal, nervous, organ systems, etc.) No prior yoga experience required.

    Adaptive Alignment Yoga is based on the use of precise alignment, props, and subtle actions  developed by the late, great BKS Iyengar This practice is appropriate for students with previous injuries, arthritis, or other limitations who are looking to improve overall health.  The Iyengar-based approach provides safe exercise while reducing pain, promoting healing, and preventing reinjury. Students will benefit from better postural alignment, a better understanding of the work of the poses, and better integration between body systems (musculoskeletal, nervous, organ systems, etc.) No prior yoga experience required.

TUESDAY

    All levels class.


    Join Sasha for a welcoming Hatha yoga class at Carriage House Collective in the Elmwood Village of Buffalo NY . This gentle yet empowering practice focuses on moving and breathing with intention, blending traditional Hatha yoga with supportive props, accessible modifications, and a few non-traditional exercises. 


    Designed for all levels, this class is especially supportive for beginners, seniors, and those with limited mobility. Sasha creates a nurturing environment where you can build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility at your own pace—while also finding relaxation and calm through mindful breathwork.

  • 1:00p to 2:00p - Yoga for Graceful Aging with Jane (Class starts on April 21st)

    This class is designed for students of all ages who hope to maintain dexterity, balance and strength. We focus on alignment with a dash of humor and exuberance. We have fun as we support well being. Chairs, blocks and other yoga props help create a safe and fun environment. 

     

    All experience levels are welcome.

  • 6:00p to 7:00p - Functional Flow with Frannie

    All levels welcome!

      

    A Vinyasa flow class based in functional movement. Modifications and props are offered and encouraged!

      

    This class focuses on strength, mobility, lengthening, and posture. Students should expect movements that may not be included in a traditional Vinyasa class.

      

    If you're looking to move, breath, flow, and free up space in the body and mind, then this may be the class for you!

WEDNESDAY 

  • 8:30a to 9:30a - Yoga for Osteoporosis with Sue (Feb 4 - Mar 11, 2026)

    a 6 week series, Feb 4 - Mar 11, 2026


    Join Sue on Wednesday for six weeks to learn a yoga series that research shows safely builds bone strength with sustained and focused practice. Learn a 12-pose yoga sequence for your level of yoga practice, from beginner to advanced. The class is limited to six participants, so each participant learns the specifics of each pose and how to implement the series of poses into a home practice.


    Before registering, please discuss participating in Yoga for Osteoporosis with your medical provider.


    Pricing: $150.00 for the 6-week series includes an additional (optional) one on one in person or zoom meeting to refine your poses and address questions or concerns.

    This yoga class is rooted in contemplation and connection. We explore the principles of yoga in a whole-body practice that honors a present sense of being. Class ends with a guided relaxation. All levels and beginners are welcome.

    This all-levels class is for anyone who wants to improve flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility. We use bolsters, straps, and blocks to support long holds. Each class is based on student needs, with a foundation of breathing, mindfulness, and self-discovery.

    This class supports fiber artists who want to continue to craft while maintaining alignment, dexterity and physical ease.  Yoga students at all levels of experience are welcome.  We will address the discomfort that sometimes accompanies fine motor work and give our necks, backs, eyes and hands the love they deserve.  We will of course have fun.  Chairs, blocks belts and bolsters will support our practice.

  • 6:00p to 7:15p - Rooted in Stillness: Guided Deep Relaxation with Live Song with Claire (Feb 28th only)

    Join us for an evening of calm, connection, and deep renewal.

      

    In the busyness of daily life, stress and tension can accumulate within us. Deep relaxation is an opportunity for your body to rest, heal, and restore itself. 

      

    We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle, mindful movement to release tension and prepare the body for rest. Then, you’ll be guided through a soothing deep relaxation meditation infused with live song. Through this practice, you'll be invited to gently release stress, welcome ease into your body, and send gratitude and care to every cell.

      

    This class offers a peaceful space to reset your nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner stillness. When we allow ourselves to truly rest, healing becomes possible.

      

    🧘‍♀️What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, and anything that will help you feel cozy and supported lying down for the guided deep relaxation (such as a blanket or pillow).
