Sue Mann Dolce

I am grateful to be part of the CHC Community! Yoga and meditation have been part of my life for over 40 years. The beautiful, welcoming, and  accessible CHC space is a wonderful place to teach and practice yoga.

Originally certified in an Iyengar informed yoga teacher training, additional yoga training over the years influenced my approach to  teaching yoga that emphasizes knowledgeable and embodied movement, linked with intentional breath. Practicing yoga in this way benefits most people and has a subtle, yet significant impact on how we experience the world.

In 2008 I started the Universal Design Yoga (UDY) program at the University at Buffalo (UB). The UDY program provided all students access to yoga designed for physical access and supporting emotional health and well-being.

My background and experience as a C-IAYT, with certification in Yoga for Bone Health, and influenced by my original training as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) with a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science supports and informs my yoga practice and teaching.
