Megan is committed to teaching practices that help us reclaim and remember our common humanity...breathing, moving, meditation and asana practice. Megan has been in classrooms for the past 25 years, teaching theater with Buffalo youth and working towards a more equitable Buffalo for all. She is a seasoned teacher with a welcoming spirit that creates room for everyone to practice in safety and comfort.

HATHA FLOW CLASS
SATURDAY - 10a to 11a
This 60-minute Hatha Flow class offers a holistic practice that nurtures body, heart, mind, and spirit. Every class is unique but anchored in Hatha style--slower, longer, muscular and internal. This style of asana practice is designed to build strength, improve alignment, and deepen body awareness and is accessible to all ages and levels of practice. We will also incorporate breathwork and some meditation. Rooted in community and the joy of practicing together, this class invites you to move, breathe, and connect in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, energized, and more fully yourself.
