My interest in complementary healing began over 20 years ago while studying Anthropology at the University at Buffalo, NY.

During that time my mother-in-law, Mary Lou was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer called glioblastoma.

I began using massage to help Mary Lou find calm and to mitigate her fears of an upcoming surgery, sickness, and death.

When Mary Lou told me that my massage had helped her get through and survive the surgery, I took a leave of absence from UB and enrolled at the New York Institute of Massage in Williamsville, NY.

As a licensed Massage Therapist of 17 years, I have built a practice from the ground up and have worked in tandem with local chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists, physicians, personal trainers, mental health and yoga therapists.

Working with a wide array of clients from athletes to people with disabilities, and to those requiring end of life care and support, I look at the whole individual and draw from information, intuition, and a variety of modalities to provide a unique and balanced treatment.

My work ranges from the subtle, slow energetic balancing of Shiatsu to deep tissue, neuro-somatic therapies. Regardless of the variety of applied techniques, a foundation rooted in calm focus and compassion remains the same for all.

From within we find an infinite ocean of healing energy. It is my goal to promote the free flow of this energy and help you realize your own true healing nature.
