Jane Cameron
Jane brings humor, compassion, and hard-won life lessons to every class — creating space for students to be comfortable in their bodies. Her love for yoga began as a teenager in the 1970s. After exploring many traditions, she found her home in the Iyengar system (known for its precise and transformative approach to alignment) and its offshoots. She is an RYT 500 through the Yoga Alliance and a graduate of Open Sky Yoga’s Essential and Advanced Teacher Trainings. She also holds an Advanced Relax and Renew certification with the legendary Judith Lasater.
Her primary teachers are Donald Moyer, François Raoult, and Bobby Clennell. She has traveled to India to study with the Iyengar family and to sojourn throughout the South. She is currently completing a Yogic Studies certification in yoga history and philosophy.

Yoga for Sewists & Fiber Artists (Class starts on April 17th)
FRIDAY - 12p to 1p
Knitters, weavers, stitchers, sewists — this one's for you. Designed for fiber artists who want to keep crafting while caring for their bodies, we'll address the aches that come with fine motor work and give your neck, back, eyes, and hands the attention they deserve. We use yoga, gentle Feldenkrais movement, and simple nervous system techniques to undo the strain that making creates — and help you return to your craft feeling restored rather than depleted. Chairs, blocks, belts, and bolsters support a safe and accessible practice. All levels welcome.
